As a dealer who takes quality seriously, we may from time to time have items that do not fit during installation, were refurbished to new condition, or have cosmetic marks. These items then are discounted for sale in our clearance section in our store. All of the appliances that we advertise as clearance, closeout or refurbished will work as they would if they are brand new, even if they are out of their original packaging. The great majority of these items all have their original manufacturers warranty. For each specific item, please ask your Appliance Specialist to verify the warranty on that item.
