Shortly after placing your online order, a Metropolitan Appliance team member will phone or email you to confirm delivery and installation arrangements.  Our delivery/installation teams deliver Monday through Saturday and we can accommodate nearly any kind of scheduling challenge.  Please be sure to note any special requests or instructions that you'd like honored when we're routing your delivery.
 
During scheduling, our team member will review with you the most common pitfalls that prevent your new appliance from being successfully delivered & installed.  While it's impossible to eliminate all of the potential surprises, this review substantially reduces that likelihood.  Additionally, our highly reviewed install experts have plenty of experience and problem solving training to work through challenges as they come up on site.  We want you to have been thrilled with your decision to have purchased from Metropolitan Appliance.
 
Before 2pm on the day prior to delivery, you'll receive a text message, phone call, or email to confirm a two hour arrival window for the following day's delivery.  When our team is en route to your home, you'll also get communication from them letting you know that your new appliances are on the way.
 
Our teams are outfitted with all of the best appliance moving tools and training.  When Metropolitan Appliance's technicians arrive on site, they'll review their delivery and installation plan with you and make sure their work is in line with your expectations.  At no additional charge our technicians will haul away any appliances that are being replaced.  After installation is complete, we'll run your new appliances through a series of tests and make sure that all of your questions are answered.
