We moved into a home with an electric stove after many years of using gas, and I hated it. We had discussed getting an induction stove but couldn't justify it since the stove we had was top of the line and really there was nothing wrong. Then I noticed a crack in the cooktop, and after pricing a new one we found that buying a new induction stove wasn't that much more because of the Black Friday sales. So far I am loving it! There's a bit of a learning curve with the stove top but having the heat raise and lower right away, as opposed to using an electric cooktop, is the best! Another huge plus is how fast water boils. The only downside is that the oven takes forever to preheat, which I guess is typical for electric ovens. Our other oven had a quick preheat option, which was helpful. It also seems to run hotter than expected, so I will have to get an oven thermometer and check that out.

I love it! The stovetop is great. The oven is great. My only issue is how sensitive the control panel is. If I lean up against it while I'm cooking, I keep accidentally pushing buttons and turning the burners off. Other than that, The range is amazing. I love that the burners turn off and cool down quickly once the pan is removed. I love how quiet the oven is, my old one constantly clicked as it kept the temperature regulated.

The first range I received did not function properly. Stove top was fine but the oven would not come on. Frigidaire customer service wasn™™t able to get it going. We tried unplugging it several times. I returned it and got a new one which seems to be working well. The induction is great. You can control the heat level much better than on an electric stove. I cooked a whole Thanksgiving dinner using the oven and stove top. Everything works great now.

I have never owned an induction range before and was not sure if it was worth the hype. I have used both gas and electric ranges in the past and have always been a fan of gas for its consistency in cooking. After having my new induction range for about a month I can 100% tell you induction is far superior. It heats up quickly, holds a nearly perfect consistency for heat and cooks evenly. The Frigidaire I have was at an amazing price and is of high quality. I have never been as excited and pleased with an appliance in my entire life!

We switched from gas to this induction range, requiring a major and expensive electrical project. Our electrician had trouble putting this on a GFCI breaker. The appliance kept tripping the breaker during "burn off" runs to clean the oven. After needing to call the electrician back twice, it seems to be working okay. I wish the appliance came with clearer instructions for this hookup.Otherwise, works as advertised. Detects appropriate cookware on range, heats and cools quickly. Safety features to keep our toddler from turning burners and range on.

There is a learning curve to get used to using an induction stove, which I am still on. With time and practice, it gets easier. The instantaneous change in heat imparted from the stove to the pan on the burner requires an adjustment in thinking and usage.After two months, it appears that the suite of new kitchen appliances I bought has slightly reduced my electricity usage. How much can be attributed to any one appliance is impossible to determine.

Nice entry level oven and cooktop. Pros: controls are in front and not affected by boil overs, oven heat is even, temp gauge shows preheat readings. Very fast heating response with 1 small, 2 medium and 1 large burner. Minor cons: 3 button pushes to activate a burner, and no apparent difference between regular bake and convection. Burners are slightly more powerful on the top half, rotating a pan during sautÃ works fine. Does not have an air fry option, not expected at this price. Overall, an excellent value choice.

Stove Just delivered, Although they were very nice, asked delivery how it works he said not to ask him i need to google, so he never tested product. After delivery left I tried to turn on cooktop, but it didn™™t heat up, also tried using oven and it didn't move past 100 degrees. A good company would say, not to worry, we will have a replacement out to you in 48 hours. Now I have to wait fora phone call to see when they can pick it up for return. If I replace it who knows how long it would take. I waited 3 weeks for this one. I only went through frigidaire instead of lowes because I thought they would provide better customer service. Thanksgiving next week, totally disappointed.

I love induction cooking! Much more precise than my previous electric glass cooktop. My biggest issue so far with this stove is the controls on the front. I™™m constantly bumping them and a few times it turns off the stove. Don™™t like that. The oven temp seems a little off as things are baking more slowly than in my old oven, but haven™™t checked it yet with an oven thermometer. Need to buy one. Also had to purchase something to fill in the gap between stove and the wall so that things aren™™t constantly lost behind the stove. Last thing: I unfortunately didn™™t pay attention to burner sizes when choosing a stove. The largest one is only 9™ and I™™m used to larger pans like 12™ frying pan. I will learn to live with this and my new induction cookware doesn™™t have any surface greater than 9™. I would have had to spend another $1000 to get a larger burner. I chose this particular stove based largely on cost and then on features so I lost out on some features due to lower cost. But in spite of that I think it™™s a very workable stove

The control locks are useful with small kids around and the two-burner griddle option creates versatility for the user. I heard good and bad in other reviews and personal stories. We have had this half a year now, and it is very good. You can heat a small teapot to boiling in just a minute or two. If something spills over, you can clean it very soon after moving the pan. The heat is quick and even, heating whatever magnetic steel is positioned above the "burners." The oven is both bake and convection bake. I haven't figured that out yet. It seems that on either setting, the fan runs, and still baking takes longer than recipes suggest.This model looks great. (I miss the days of white porcelain instead of Stainless Steel, but this steel cleans up nicely).

Stove working well after induction learning curve. Water boils fast, because top does not get hot there is no mess to scrub off if something spilled on the stovetop. Must hold panel buttons to get to burns to light, punching them wont work. So far so good, let's see how turkey cooks.

I was raised using a gas appliance but have had electric stoves most of my married life. We tried a countertop induction cooker and loved it, which is why we chose the induction range with convection bake. It heats faster than electric and as fast as gas. It only heats the area directly beneath the pan and none of the surrounding area. The only downside is we can't lean up against the front as it will start beeping as it tries to turn on but can't as it's a two-step process.

I have had a glass top stove since 1987. I love my induction. Heats faster and lowers the heat faster.

have had for 2 weeks. Tried all features. clock needs repair. Service to be done soon. Found stainless steel chip design stick on s at Lowes to put border up behind stove. Looks great!
