The initial batch of ice took a long time to fill, so we were concerned the icemaker wouldn't keep up. Once the drawer was full, it's kept up with our usual demand very well. It's not summer yet, but we're pretty sure we'll be fine. There isn't much room to put an extra bag of ice in there, so it better. The rest of the freezer is fine - all of the food is frozen. It's doing what it is supposed to do.

After about a year of ownership, ice maker started acting up a few months ago and now it finally stopped making ice. Replaced water filter, reset ice maker and made sure the lights to ice maker were on as you can turn the ice maker off and on.Pretty bummed we are at this point. We had to wait almost a year to get this unit in due to COVID and heard that appliances made right after or during COVID shutdowns were experiencing issues. These units have been a dream of mine for almost 10years. So again, I™™m bummed this is all happening so soon. Now after changing this last water filter, there is now a leak coming from there. At this point I am super disappointed. We like the Frigidaire units and have had good luck with them in the past, but can't say much for this freezer' s ice maker and now the fridge™™s water filter. Would love advice for fixes.

My original review was apparently deleted for some reason, so I'll post it again:TLDR: Do not buy this freezer unless you are OK with not having a working Ice Maker. I purchased this Fridge and Freezer Pair, and within a month the Freezer fan needed to be replaced, and within the first year the Ice Maker stopped making ice. Please understand if you are considering this unit that the Ice maker CANNOT BE FIXED OR REPLACED! It is an issue with the water line or water line heater that runs through the insulation in a Non-serviceable portion of the freezers cabinet freezing up or breaking. Just read through the reviews and you will see how many reference an Ice Maker or water line issue. They finally paid me back for what I paid for my unit (this took MONTHS), but I am now stuck with a cabinet that is sized specifically for these units, a freezer that has increased substantially in price, and I'm not sure what I will do. From what I've been told, they still don't know why this is happening, or how to address it! Additionally, for everyone saying their freezer is LOUD, and Frigidaire telling you "that is how a freezer sounds", they are wrong. There is a control board housed in a plastic housing over top of the compressor in the back of the freezer. The plastic housing was not designed or assembled correctly, so half of it opens and falls right onto the compressor. So as the compressor runs, the plastic rattles on it and makes a loud humming noise. They came out and "reattached" the housing, only for it to fall apart again within a few months. But it was quite while reattached. So now I need to pull both of these units out again to try to re-attach this housing. Overall, this Freezer is a lemon, and I wouldn't be surprised if there is a Class Action at some point due to this ice maker/waterline issue.

This freezer is very spacious and I love how I can easily see everything inside because the shelves are counter depth inside of everything stacked on top of each other and you never know what you have. I love the soft freeze drawer, this keeps ice cream at a temperature so you can scoop it out easier and doesn™™t turn it into a block of ice. I also love the ice maker, you will never run out of ice and it makes the perfect size ice cube. I also love the bins on the inside door, these are great to hold smaller items or bags of veggies. I can™™t say enough about this freezer! Its worth every penny!

The price is much better that the other brands of stylish freezers. The door closes smoothly, the ice maker runs great, the interior layout is well layed out, no fingerprint exterior, runs an accurate temperature. We've had it a month and a half. Would but it again.

Too soon to comment on function over time, but so far everything is working well. Good, flexible internal design and great lighting. One star off because the door is not designed to be reversible by moving hinges and handle. To reverse the door you have to order another entire door, which I did because I needed a right hinge/left opening. After waiting two months for the reverse door it arrived damaged...another 5 months to finally get a good door and only because my wonderful appliance man was able to find a door in another sales area and convince the distributor to let me have it. This was the only stainless steel front freezer I could find that would fit under my existing cabinetry so I was willing to wait, and it was worth it...so far.

Our initial Pro Series Refrigerator stopped working within 2 years of purchase, we were forced to buy a new freezer as the new units couldn™™t connect to the old Pro Series due to their design flaw. The new freezer isn™™t making ice 14 months after purchase and Frigidaire™™s warranty is as good as their shoddy products. We spoke with a chat agent Arlyn who said they would send a repair tech to fix our 2nd broken refrigerator on 2/13. On 2/17 Benjamin said we were out of warranty and they would not cover it. The Refrigerator leaked all over hardwood floor and damaged subfloor as well

We recently remodeled our main floor including our kitchen living room area. My one request in the whole redesign was to separate the fridge and freezer. I love the freezer so much. It makes TONS of ice. It has a soft freeze drawer for ice cream and frozen yogurt. Where has the soft freeze drawer been all our lives. It provides so much storage. I will never be a garage freezer person again.

Hello, I bought the Single-Door Freezer, and Single-Door Refrigerator. The ice maker has to be replaced and the refrigerator crisper drawer were put in my freezer. Still waiting on ice maker to come in and the soft serve ice cream drawer. The refrigerator door came with a bent on it, so had to order another door. Other than that, I love the professional side-by-side units.

Ice maker stopped working and now freezer is leaking water onto hardwoods. Scheduled repair but said it was a 2 person job and re-scheduled for several days later after we had taken off work to meet repairmen. We also had to pay $99 to schedule, still no resolution. We waited a year for product during covid, so disappointing. Also repair guy was not sure he could repair it so we will have a 2 year old unit that does not make ice and damaging floors.
