This refrigerator is our "extra storage" in our pantry. The lighting inside the refrigerator is GREAT for aging eyes!! The shelves provide plenty of space and the drawers hold a lot of extra fruits and vegetables. Visitors are amazed at the size!

I love this model and the internal water dispenser. The inside is stainless steel. I had to purchase this unit as a replacement to the previous model because the reliability was poor and the fridge didn™™t ™ast more than 2 years. I can™™t give this a 5 start until the reliability of this fridge is proved longer than 5 years.

This appliance is totally amazing. We bought a new home during COVID and this appliance wasn™™t available so the builder replaced it with one that was available! The old set was horrible and we had issues for almost 2 years. I called our builder & he agreed to replace the whirlpool and I now have the most amazing Frigidaire appliance. Replaced the 2016 version this week after $1000 repair 6 months ago. Same problem occurred but Frigidaire only warrants parts 3 months. We have a new kitchen with a designated spot for the refrigerator and freezer. Frigidaire changed the design so we have no choice but to buy a new freezer as well as refrigerator. New design is awful. The grill on the bottom is so low, you scrape your foot every time you open. Tried to contact Frigidaire but they are impossible!

This fridge ONLY looks nice. It has been a complete NIGHTMARE! We purchased it when our home was built in 2019. We have had issues with it FREEZING our food multiple times. It ends up being a total loss. The repair company replaced the Main Control Board and the Temperature Sensor in 11/2022 and now 5/2023 it's not staying COOL (56+) and the repair company now said the Main Control Board & the User Interface Board need to be replaced!! The fan runs 100% of the time. Is it reasonable to expect a consumer to spend 100s of dollars every 6 months for an appliance?? It's a LEMON and needs to be replaced by Frigidaire! Stand behind your products.

I really liked the size for my large family, however the refrigerator not freezer makes very large vibrations shaking the entire floor. They replaced fan and now the refrigerator has been replaced. The loud vibrations have seemed to stop however the trim kit is still an issue. They use weak magnets to hold it in place but it won™™t hold. The bottom trim is laying on the floor as it is too heavy to be held in place with magnets. The service person said this is common and every home has the bottom trim laying on floor because there is no fix. My GC recommended screwing in the trim but it will void the warranty

We love our fridge! We thought it was not deep enough at first but then realized almost half the space was in the door. Amazing idea!! No more moving 10 items to see what™™s in the back of the fridge. 60% is on the shelves and 40% is in the so easily accessible shelves in the door. There is so much space and it™™s so easy to find everything. The inside is shallow but that just means there™™s more room in the door and nothing gets ™hidden™ at the back of the shelves. Love it!!

Stay away from this refrigerator. Within in 1 year the compressor and condenser had to be replaced and now it™™s making extremely loud noises. And yes I understand fridge can sometimes hum or whirl but this noise is irritating and obnoxious.

After pure disappointment with an LG French Door fridge (only lasted 5 years), we decided to move on this Fridge only version since we have plenty of other freezer space. If only we had the space to accomodate the matching freezer! We have had this for one month now and so far so good, no issues to report. Gaining the extra cubic feet of space (since there is no freezer there is more fridge space) has made a world of difference for our family of 5. Abundant door storage and main storage as well. We love it!

We've had a mixed experience with our Fridge(s), but ultimately happy with the end product. First off, it looks great and we couldn't be happier with that aspect. That being said, we are on our second unit. The first unit, the water line connecting the filter was broke upon delivery. No big deal, their warranty department fixed it next day. It worked fine for a few weeks and then we noticed that it would go into some sort of thaw cycle where it would blow hot air. An hour later it would be back to blowing cold air. This happened five time and we decided we couldn't trust the current unit. Spoke to the company we bought it from and they agreed to replace the entire unit. The second unit we received has been great and has had no issues thus far.

Excellent refrigerator. It initially seemed too shallow to hold much food, but after filling it, it holds more food than our old sub zero. I don't like the optional trim package selection. We need the top of one and the sides from a different package, but at $700 each, we will just use an aftermarket website. Also, the open door alarm goes off 3 times a day even though no one has touched the refrigerator for hours. Annoying.

I have had this unit for less than 6 months, the water dispenser has never worked. Air Filter already needs replaced and the LED lights blew out. Cant replace them...need to call certified technician to do so. Love the look....but a disappointment.
