Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Operating Manual

Big Len 2/28/2021

We like the unit, nd it is quiet, BUT I spent over $1200 for a dishwasher, then I had to spend my printer, time, toner and paper to print out an operating manual, Cheap customer service. Print out and send the manual with the unit.

Not pleased at all

JimF 2/15/2021

Was excited when I purchased my new dishwasher. Purchased it in October 2019 for a kitchen renovation that was to soon get under way. Of course with all that happened in 2020, the dishwasher did not get installed until August 2020. The dishwasher never worked very well, I tried everything I could think of, from checking the water / drain lines all good. Used the soaps recommended, different ones, nothing seemed to help. It would miss things, dishes would come out dirty, even if you used the Heavy setting, still some would come out, not so clean and had to be hand cleaned. Silverware would come out hazy. Aside from that, was just learning to live with having to check dishes all the time. (hard to beleieve from a dishwasher that says it's the best and costs over 1000 dollars.) The inside of the back wall has rust spots all over it, 6 months worth of use and the wall is rusting? Again, learn to live with it. HOWEVER, last night, it had an error code, it seems to just keep running so opened it up and had error 15. Looked that up, water in the bottom of the unit. Sure enough there is water in the bottom. Seems to be coming from someplace under drain but can't see. Ran a rinse cycle while watching with the bottom panel off (only way you could get the error to stop cycling the unit, or it would have done it all night every 2 minutes) during the short rinse cycle, it did collect a little water in the bottom as I watch, but the even bigger problem, when it stopped to let the water drain down to the bottom and into the drain, I could see drip drip drip down the back area where there are no fitting or connects. It was coming from the back wall seal. SO, in short, it means the unit is compromised and will have to be replaced. It was only installed for 6 months, but purchased 18 months ago, 1 year warranty from purchase. If I had it to do over would never purchase this if this is how they are made today. Would be nice is Bosch would do something here since I've only used it for 6 months
