The nozzle keeps on breaking

I brought the Vacuum cleaner around 1.5 years ago and within 3 months the nozzle stopped working. After numerous calls with LG they finally replaced it. After 6 months of using it it has stopped working again.
This is not even my primary vacuum as I have a Roomba and use this just for stairs. Highly disappointed.

Bought a little over two years ago and has had average use. within first year the carpet nozzle began to make horrible rattling noise. Luckily LG replaced it under warranty. Now after a little over two years of ownership the same thing is happening with the second nozzle. Issue is certainly evidence of a design flaw as other reviewers have stated having the same issue. For the amount of money spent the nozzle should hold up better. Really like LG products just not happy with the flawed carpet nozzle design and breaking down way to quickly twice now.

I bought mine back September 2021 and started using it mid January 2022. For the first 6 months or so it did really good with the carpets as well as the hardwood but since then its like the vacuum started to fall apart The power nozzle broke on it last month and the suction power has diminished. For what I spent on this vacuum Im quite dissatisfied

Weve owned this vacuum for 2 years and with daily use its been a pretty good good vacuum. I think if there was some better plastic used and better engineering LG would have a premium Product. the wheels on the power nozzle just fell apart.Like I said we use this baby everyday.Some wheels with bearings would fix this. As for most of the reviews on here I believe most of there problems stem from not cleaning there vacuum regularly.

We bought vacuum two years ago and worked great until carpet attachment quit working.carpet attachment rarely used. Looks like were not the only ones with this problem.

The motor just broke while I was using it. The brush no longer spins. Probably caught something which broke it. For the most part it does a lot of things well. Just surprised by how fragile it was considering how expensive it is.

Great on carpet disappointing on hardwood

Owned for 1 year now and works great on carpet but unfortunately on hardwood its pretty useless. It ends up just flinging crumbs and larger objects like a sunflower seed around. Is there a different attachment I should be using? I cant seem to find one anywhere.

I LOVE this vacuum. It is light very powerful and easy to use not cumbersome.
It cleans so thoroughly: fine dust and larger particles and debris with ease. Best vacuum I have ever used. I highly recommend it.

the motor makes strange sounds and does not spin. I think some plastic piece inside broke.
inside the brush cylinder is the spinning motor container. inside the spinning motor container is where it sounds like some plastic piece broke.
we have hard wood floors no pets and had this vacuum for about 10 months.
we vacuum about 1-2 times a month.
my threshold is if it breaks after 5 years id be ok with that. but with our infrequent use im surprised it broke.

The original motorized head malfunctioned in that the brush would no longer turn. LG dropped the ball on my initial phone call for warranty service. I made a second call and the replacement part was shipped to me a couple of days later. The replacement head functions fine

We bought this vacuum and have used it daily for the past 9 plus months in a house with three girls. It has been amazing with only one limitation in that hair gets caught up inside the power head and needs to be disassembled and carefully cleaned every couple months
In my experience this has been a problem with any vacuum and so I hesitate to fault it on this one for having a standard weakness. Cleaning the filters is an easy task and the batteries last amazingly. It is a great vacuum and I wouldnt hesitate at all to purchase another one or recommend it to anyone.

I bought this a year ago and had the first one replaced after a few months because of a noise it was making. Now the second one is even worse to the point of it ceasing up. Its now out of warranty so it looks like I may just have to find a different vacuum maker.
