I actually went to buy a different brand/model but once again a store that cant bother with accurate quanitys online and the store so at the last minute I chose the LG. And Im so happy I did. The interior has no gaps or overlaps making wiping out/cleaning a breeze. The light is bright and the easy to read touch buttons make using the settings simple. The only difficulty I had was deciding which side of my counter to place it.

Nearly Perfect

While Im still getting used to not having a number keypad on the front or at all its actually much quicker to start the unit and get cooking using the slider or just the start button for the cast majority of cooking jobs. The multi-wheel turntable is definitely a nice feature for stability and the EasyClean interior is indeed easier to clean than out old oven which had hard angles and corners. The smooth door makes it easy to keep the front looking nice and clean. The power seems good the popcorn function works great and so far the sensor reheat works well - it seems to take a bit longer than if you just blast something on high but it does make for a very even consistent heating of a leftovers plate and avoids overheating parts of the food etc. My only gripe is that theres no way to turn off shorten or change the volume of the various musical notification jingles. My wife loves them but she hasnt tried to nap in the family room with the microwave chiming away every time someone wants a hot tea.

Another great LG product. This microwave is simple to use my 8 year old was using it 10 minutes after I opened it to make popcorn. It cooks food evenly and does a great job defrosting. I also like how easy it is to clean up with just a damp paper towel. I also like the tone it makes when the timer goes off no more loud annoying beeps.

Purchased for kitchen remodel. Loved it. Worked great for seven months. Then started to take a while longer to heat things. The didnt heat at all. The appliance store we purchased at said they had to order the part to fix. Six weeks later they replaced the part. Still didnt work. Had to purchase another and supposed to be receiving a refund for the defective one. Been three weeks havent seen the refund yet. Hoping the new one will be ok . Great Microwave Bad Display

I purchased a complete suite of LG appliances for a total kitchen remodel four years ago 2018. I have had complete satisfaction zero problems with all of the LG appliances refrigerator stove dishwasher as well as LG washer drier in laundry room EXCEPT for the microwave model LMC1575 black stainless. This past year the microwaves display started losing segments and now it has lost nearly half of them and its impossible to read the time at all. After some searching it seems to be an issue reported by others. Other than that I love the microware.

I bought this 3 weeks ago and I just love it. Easy and very accurate auto Cook is so accurate. Super easy to clean. Love how door opens and most buttons are inside. So easy to use. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because there was no 4 1/2 star rating. It is a bit noisy when operating almost like a vibration but I can deal with that for the other great options it has.

Going on my third unit in 3 months

Love the size and LG products this microwave is now the third unit that is going back because of noise coming from both sides that you can here two rooms away. The screws on the bottom left will not tighten so I put steel wool in the hole then the screw. Still moves hole left side while running shakes/ vibration. Right side vibrating on center left side if you hold it with your hand the noises stop. My first unit lasted three years and was so good.

We have been using this microwave for about two weeks and are satisfied with the performance. It does an excellent job cooking and heating our various foods. We have experimented with the Sensor cooking modes and they work extremely well. We have used the popcorn setting to cook popcorn in a silicone popcorn container and it has worked flawlessly. The two minor reasons why I did not give this a 5-star rating are that it tends to be noisy with the cooking tray rattling while running we have centered it and repositioned it with no success and the panel does not illuminate. Otherwise this is an excellent product that I would recommend.

We bought this for our new kitchen while under construction and the cabinet maker made it too small to fit. he used interior dimensions not exterior dimensions but now 2 months later we can not exchange for the correct size. It is not LGs fault but would never buy direct again

We have used LG 1.5 micro for years and needed to replace it. Went to Best Buy and got a new one the turn table made a louder than usual sound so we took it back and exchanged it for another unit which is 100 perfect. Thank you LG and Best Buy The Johnsons

Not worth the money

Looks good We swapped our 1200 watt microwave for this LG unit and there is no comparison in power. Its loud. The door is a design that has already started feeling cheap upon opening and shutting. Wish wed done more research and comparison shopping. 2 months old and we are shopping for a replacement.

Perfect Replacement for Older Countertop Unit

We replaced our 15 year old unit that finally gave up the ghost. The LG is a pleasure to use quieter more accurate and were trying out the various Sensor Cook levels. Its a solid unit although much lighter than our older machine and has the same capacity in a compact smart looking unit. One pleasant surprise is that the unit will automatically use a two time/power cook combination in one setting.

TECHNO ADVANCEMENT

Great design and features learning curve needed for Cook and Reheat functions. Instruction booklet is informative should alert you that the unit has a sticker in front entrance reflecting different settings conditions. Pleasant sound feature alerting when cooking is ongoing finished. There was no loud noise detected except for a hum when unit in operation which was not unexpected. All motorized unit has some hum condition. New balance glass feature is a great improvement in the bracket. Of major note is that some of the presets could be more than food item being microwave use. Found that on SENS setting observe when the feature starts actual cooking time example 15 seconds counting to see if moisture occurs which means you can let run its course and then taste for overcook or undercook aspect. Make adjustments next time item is being microwave. Like the ease of door operating. Great store feature getting extended warranty.
