Off late I see transparent thin floating dirt in the filtered water. I have not seen those when I bought them in single packs which usually last six months. Now the three-pack lasts only for three months and also they generate dirt. So not happy with this product. I have video but not in youtube format.

I love my new refrigerator by LG. It is a side by side with finger proof stainless steel front. It also comes with a special half door for easy access to frequently used items. Like butter condiments and drinks Its very handy and saves energy too

As a whole Id like to give five stars but until LG coustomer service or Jetsen appliance in Vero Beach solves my freezer issue I cant give a five star. Ever since new the shelves and top drawer in freezer fall out. It seams the walls in this unit are or have bowed out so the shelvings fall our. Sometimes when I done heat it in the middle of the night when it falls it knocks the door open and then its a mess and I have to throw things away gets expensive. So far with several service calls calling coustomer service sending pictures I get nowhere. The simple fix is just give me a new one just like I have and be done with it while still under warrentee. Here are a few pictures that I took on different occasions.

The LG Filter was easy to install and functioned fine. Unfortunately the relatively new LG counter-depth 4 drawer refrigerator stopped working after less than 6 years. SAD really.

For about the past year each time I replace the water filter the light starts flashing that its time to replace the filter. This goes on several weeks and I ignore it. The filter works fine but the electronics behind the warning light dont work at all. The warning light goes on independent of how long the filter has been in place.

I bought the combo 3 pack filters when on sale a few months ago so that I do not need to worry about running out to the store and hoping they have it in stock. Now if it needs replacing I just grab a new one out of the closet and pop it in.
