Misleading product and terrible customer service

These are for 29 in machines NOT 27. I purchased these thinking theyd fit my 27in LG washer and dryer because LG suggested them for me. They arrived with no hardware for either pedestal and were too big.

Not Tall Enough

I just purchased these and sadly they are not tall enough for an average detergent bottle. Everything has to be laid on its side. Very disappointing you would think they would design these two inches taller to accomplish laundry detergent

LG sent the pedestal without the hardware needed to attach it to the washer. Called LG they never sent it. Dont buy the new big 9.0 cubic ft washer and dryer nothing but issues since day one had service guy come out within 1 week of purchase.
